Long Weekend

This piece was inspired by taking a trip to the Redwoods for a long weekend break. It is tall and narrow and features the gorgeous and incredibly tall Redwood Trees native to California. The tree trunks are detailed with thick palette knife strokes. There is a muted orange vintage camper van driving down the winding road. Vibrant purple lupine flowers frame the foreground.
